About this deal

I'm currently using USB connectivity as the internet in my village is a bit dodgy at times and causes the Wi-Fi router to have problems at times.

The Epson WorkForce WF-7620 (which has been around for a few years but is still readily available) is a few inches longer from front to back, but then it prints pages up to 13-by-19 inches. Brother rates the MFC-J6930DW at 22 letter-size pages per minute (ppm) for monochrome pages and 20ppm for color, compared with the HP 7740's 22ppm-black and 18ppm-color ratings. Easy to use, productive and robust, the MFC-J6930DW has been engineered to deliver dependable quality, meeting the needs of demanding office environments. NFC also offers the possibility to use features such as print-on-demand with PrintSmart Secure Pro, which allows you to control access to the printer with a badge.AS A PRINTER: Up to 22 page per minute (mono) and up to 20 page per minute (colour) or 35 pages per minute (Mono Fast Mode) and 27 Pages per minute (Colour Fast Mode), 1200 x 4800 dpi resolution, duplex printing, First Print Out Time of 6 Seconds, Features include watermark and booklet printing and Mono only mode.

Graphics, too, look good, but several of our full-page Excel charts and PowerPoint handouts have very thin but distinct lines running across them in several evenly spaced locations, as though the print engine skipped a beat (though a small one) or started over every couple inches or so. This option is available within the printers driver settings but it is not available for envelope or double-sided printing. Sleek, fast and feature packed, the Brother MFC J6930DW is built for the most challenging office environments. In August 2016 I had need for an A3 multifunction printer and I bough an Epson WF-7620 which initially was great. You also get the two popular peer-to-peer networking protocols, Wi-Fi Direct and near-field communication (NFC), for connecting your mobile devices to the AIO without it or your laptop, tablet, or smartphone being networked through a router. The Brother MFC J6930DW is fully compatible with iOS and Android mobile devices, allowing you to print anything from anywhere. You configure the MFC-J6930DW, as well as connect to cloud sites and perform other walkup tasks, such as printing from and scanning to USB thumb drives, from a spacious control panel that consists of a handful of buttons—power, Back, Home, an NFC hotspot, and Cancel, as well as a number pad—anchored by a 3. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features.
